🏡 In-Home Massage Protocols

  • Space Needed: A quiet area roughly 6ft x 9ft for the massage table and movement.
  • Clean Environment: Please ensure the space is clean, smoke-free, and has adequate lighting.
  • Sanitization: All equipment is sanitized before and after each session.
  • Pets: Kindly secure pets in another room for the duration of your session.
  • Parking: Nearby, safe parking is appreciated. Clients cover any applicable parking fees.

In-Home Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
  • Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a 50% fee.
  • No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
  • Special Accommodations: Clients must notify if special arrangements are needed.
  • Force Majeure: In unforeseen events, fees may be waived at the therapist’s discretion.

🪑 Chair Massage Event Protocols

  • Minimum Booking Time: 2-hour minimum for corporate/private events.
  • Space Needed: 5ft x 5ft per chair.
  • Setup Time: Please allow 15–20 minutes for setup.
  • Breaks: Required for longer events.
  • Quiet Environment: Best results in a calm setting.

Event Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: To cancel/reschedule without penalty.
  • Late Cancellations: 50% service fee if less than 24-hour notice.
  • No-Shows: Charged 50% of service fee.
  • Travel Fees: May apply for events 30+ miles away. Discuss at booking.
  • Force Majeure: Non-performance due to uncontrollable events will not incur penalties.

Do I need to provide anything?

Nope! We bring everything needed—massage table/chair, linens, sanitizing products, and music.

How should I prepare?

Wear comfortable clothes, stay hydrated, and complete a brief intake form before your session.

What if I need to cancel?

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Can I book multiple people?

Yes! Multi-person/group sessions are available. Email info@reposeoasis.com.

🛑 Professional Boundaries & Code of Conduct

Any inappropriate, sexual, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination without refund and may be reported. The therapist reserves the right to end the session at any time.

Late Arrivals

Illness & Emergencies
